Is a comprehensive series of one on one sessions with professional career and life coach, Christy Shell. All the content is personalized to your unique style and needs. You receive personal career advice.  Exploring education programs, decision making, and job shadowing, will challenge you to take ownership and set your course.

• 6 weekly 1 hour sessions
• 2 scientific-based Career Assessments
• education exploration
• addressing individual guidance on fears and obstacles.

We find that job shadowing, meet-a-professional and/or college visits are extremely helpful in selecting the best direction for you.  For many students it is difficult to visualize what a career or specific major/campus really is without seeing it in person. You would not buy a car without a test drive, why would you select your career without experiencing it!

So we coordinate these experiences specific to the student’s interest and needs.  Students have the option of their coach accompanying them on their experience to guide the process and gain the most from their opportunity.  If you have questions about this option, please ask.
